The Wisconsin state elections board has voted unanimously to order recall elections against four Republican state senators.

The highly partisan Wisconsin elections board has voted unanimously to order the preordained recall elections against any and all Republican state senators that their Public Employee Union masters tell them too.  In this case it just four.

The Government Accountability Board on Monday said enough signatures were gathered against each of the four lawmakers to order recall elections.

The four targeted Republican are Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, Sens. Van Wanggaard of Racine, Terry Moulton of Chippewa Falls and Sen. Pam Galloway of Wausau.

The completely biased Government (un)Accountability Board on Monday said they really don’t care if there were enough signatures gathered against each of the four lawmakers to order the recall elections they were going to do it anyways.  The four targeted Republicans are Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, Sens. Van Wanggaard of Racine, Terry Moulton of Chippewa Falls and Sen. Pam Galloway of Wausau but the GAB would also gladly include anybody else the Democratic Party of Wisconsin wants them to.

The board rejected broad arguments made by all four senators challenging thousands of signatures.

The date of those elections remains unknown.

 

The date will remain secret from the voters on the right until they have taken place to ensure victory of the people holding Wisconsin hostage.

Somebody pinch me!…..Am I dreaming? But seriously if we can just put enough invalid name challenges we could really piss off a few Lefties! I am wondering how the GAB is going to react to Sen Fitzgerald’s challenge about the 61 days given to collect signatures. How in the world can you collect names on the recall petitions before you file the recall paperwork in the first place?

GAB agrees to reject outside petition reviews

So in another typically asinine move, Wisconsin’s Government (UN)Accountability Board has disenfranchised another group of voters. There is nothing in the law that stops the GAB from accepting challenges from outside groups. Based on their ruling the original group filing the recall should not have a say in the challenge process either. I foresee a lawsuit being filed either today or tomorrow in a Waukesha County courtroom. I sincerely hope it is in Judge Davis’s court! The GAB should be disbanded and replaced by a 7 member panel, 3 by the Rep. Party of Wisconsin, 3 by the Dem Party of Wisconsin, and the Presiding Officer should be assigned by the current Governor.

The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Your decision today does not allow me as a Citizen of Wisconsin and a Natural-Born Citizen of the United States of America to petition my Government for a redress of grievances. In your decision, you have trampled on the Rights of every citizen of the State of Wisconsin.

You have a history of making erroneous decisions. Your positions as the members of the Government ACCOUNTABILITY Board are supposed to be as watchdogs for the citizenry of the state. Instead you have become political animals that heel to your masters, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and the various Public Employee Unions both inside and outside of the state.

I call for each and every member of the GAB to resign from your respective positions and to return the power back to the people in the great State of Wisconsin. Unless and until you do there can be no justice in the State of Wisconsin and any election held in this state will be brought into question.
