Judges Denies Walker Time Needed
February 17, 2012Dane Co. Judge Richard Niess denied Governor Scott Walker’s request for 2 additional weeks to review the signatures in the attempt to recall him. The request would not have substantially delayed any election, if one was necessary, to recall the Governor. As it stood prior to the ruling, it would have pushed the GAB’s review back to the end of March.
The Governor has seen an error rate to this point of between 10% and 20%. If the claim of 1 million signatures by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin is to be believed and that is a big if, the Governor would need to find an error rate of close to 50%.
Judge Niess had already extended the Governor’s time under state law by 20 days and had doubled the time the GAB has to “review” the signatures.
In this humble blogger’s review, the DPW did not get 1 million signatures. At best the got 825,000. The Governor would only have to find an error rate of 34% to stop a recall. Given the extra requested the Governor could find the additional errors that you can’t find by just a preliminary review.
It is evident that there will be a recall election. When it is done, the state will be 20 million dollars poorer and Scott Walker will still be the Governor of the State of Wisconsin. He will then have a true mandate to carry out the agenda that he told us he was going to do prior to his election to Governor.
Walker Stands with Me….I Stand with Walker!

Democrats For Scott Walker
February 11, 2012Where do you go if you are a Democrat in Wisconsin but don’t support the recall fever going on? There was a time when you would keep it to yourself. You would wait until the election and vote your conscience. These are not those times though! So where can you go to meet like-minded people? Facebook offers you many options these days. You can start your own page or even your own group. Of course then you have to decide whether to keep it open, closed or make it secret. And then you have the whole moderating thing and it starts to be overwhelming and probably not worth all the hassle. Or you can got over to:
and have the moderation part done for you. This is a page that will welcome you with open arms. It is a safe haven. And yes there are Republicans that also are on this page but you will find them also welcoming and even appreciative of you. They realize how hard it must be for you to openly admit the you are a Democrat for Scott Walker. And don’t worry the moderators keep a close eye on anyone just there to cause problems. So once again, Thank you for your courageous admission and hope to see you soon!

GAB agrees to reject outside petition reviews
February 7, 2012So in another typically asinine move, Wisconsin’s Government (UN)Accountability Board has disenfranchised another group of voters. There is nothing in the law that stops the GAB from accepting challenges from outside groups. Based on their ruling the original group filing the recall should not have a say in the challenge process either. I foresee a lawsuit being filed either today or tomorrow in a Waukesha County courtroom. I sincerely hope it is in Judge Davis’s court! The GAB should be disbanded and replaced by a 7 member panel, 3 by the Rep. Party of Wisconsin, 3 by the Dem Party of Wisconsin, and the Presiding Officer should be assigned by the current Governor.
The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Your decision today does not allow me as a Citizen of Wisconsin and a Natural-Born Citizen of the United States of America to petition my Government for a redress of grievances. In your decision, you have trampled on the Rights of every citizen of the State of Wisconsin.
You have a history of making erroneous decisions. Your positions as the members of the Government ACCOUNTABILITY Board are supposed to be as watchdogs for the citizenry of the state. Instead you have become political animals that heel to your masters, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and the various Public Employee Unions both inside and outside of the state.
I call for each and every member of the GAB to resign from your respective positions and to return the power back to the people in the great State of Wisconsin. Unless and until you do there can be no justice in the State of Wisconsin and any election held in this state will be brought into question.
